Here are some questions we get asked by customers.

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept most payment methods from cash and cheques to cards and direct debits.

Do you charge for Cancelation?

Not for our regular domestic cleaning and not for commercials cleaning if required notice of 24 hours is given.

Do you always send the same cleaner?

Apart from sickness or holiday cover you will always get the same cleaner.

How long do carpets take to dry after cleaning?

This depends on the nature of the clean but generally speaking a normal clean would be around 4 hours, temperature and air flow depending.

Do you clean behind things?

If it is possible. Although we do move small furniture items whilst cleaning larger item and antiques are not something we would move.

Do you move furniture?

If it is possible and required we can. We have many tools for reaching into very tight spaces so this is often not necessary.

Can you hold my keys for access?

Yes. We have a secure system in place to hold keys to gain access for cleaners and many of our customers do.

Do you clean on top of cupboards?

Yes

Do you make beds up?

Yes, if you require us to.

Do you empty bins?

Yes, if you require us to.

Do you supply cleaning products?

Yes, all our vans are stocked with everything we need to complete the task.

Can you use the products I supply?

Yes. If you have a specific product just let the cleaner know.

Are you Insured?

Yes. We are extensively insured for all services we offer.

Do you provide a VAT invoice?

Yes. All completed jobs comes complete with a full VAT invoice.

Do I need to be home?

No, so long as the cleaner can gain access.

Can the cleaner let my dog out?

Yes. So long as they are friendly we can let him have his 5 minutes in the garden.

Do you mind pets?

No. We are all pet lovers here at sparkles.
